Destination Weekend (Best Value)

- Two nights of accommodations for 15 rooms at discounted rate: $6,000
- Ballroom for 4-hour reception (must end by midnight regardless of start-time): $3,400**
- Optional: One additional hour in the gardens for your wedding ceremony;
- Access to ballroom at 10:00 AM the day before reception for set up (no ac/heat);
- $100 credit toward rental of ASI ceremony and reception decorations;
- Use of the Terrace or Garden for rehearsal dinner the night before the reception, if desired;
- Private Breakfast buffet each morning for guests staying at ASI (up to 34 people);
- Use of common area for visiting and wedding preparations;
- Up to twenty 60-inch round tables and ten 8-foot rectangular tables;
- Clean up does not have to be completed until the following day at 2:00 PM.
*Package pricing amounts do not include state hotel tax of 6% on ballroom or 13% total state and local hotel occupancy tax on room accommodations. A damage and cleaning security deposit of $800 is required for all ballroom and room accommodations (partially refunded after event if no damages or unusual clean up).
** Additional $500 required for ballroom charges during Round Top Antiques Show weeks. Therefore, ballroom rental is $3,900, and full Destination Wedding Package total is $9,900 during Round Top Antiques Show weeks.
Daytime Ballroom Event*

- Ballroom for 4-hour reception (must end by 8:00 PM regardless of start-time):
- Optional: One additional hour in the gardens for your wedding ceremony;
- Access to ballroom beginning at 10:00 AM on the day of your event;
- Optional add-on: One discounted room for a two night stay, the night prior to and the night of your event;
- Up to twenty 60-inch round tables and ten 8-foot rectangular tables;Clean up does not have to be completed until the following day at 2:00PM.

Garden Event (Use of outside space only)*

- Garden, arbor and terrace access for four (4) hours between 11 AM and 8 PM (must end by 8 PM regardless of start-time);
- Optional: One additional hour in the gardens for your wedding ceremony;
- Access to garden the day of your event beginning at 10:00 AMUp to twenty 60-inch round tables and ten 8-foot rectangular tables;
- Optional add-on: Indoor weather back-up.

- Access to ballroom day of event for set up beginning at 10:00 AM;
- Up to 12 sixty-inch round tables; Up to 5 eight-foot rectangular tables.
- Optional add-on: One discounted room for a two-night stay, the night prior to and the night of your event.
